XPRESS COPPER
For hot and cold water services, closed circuit heating, chilled water and oil-free compressed air applications. Incorporating a unique and time-saving Leak Before Press (LBP) design to instantly identify unpressed joints.
• Manufactured from copper/copper alloy
• Clean, heat free joining
• Safety, no naked flames, no hotwork permits or costly insurance
• Temperature rating from -20ºC to 110ºC
• Pressure rating 16bar throughout the temperature range
• Wide range of approvals including Kitemark cert. BS 8537:2010
XPRESS STAINLESS
The perfect solution where water quality and hygiene are crucial in food, pharmaceutical and healthcare environments. Uses the unique Leak Before Press (LBP) design to instantly identify unpressed joints.

• Temperature rating from -35ºC to 135ºC
• Pressure rating 16bar throughout the temperature range

XPRESS COPPER GAS
Designed specifically for use with copper tube to BS EN 1057 on internal and external above-ground 2nd and 3rd family gas services. XPress Copper Gas fittings have passed the High Temperature Leakage Rate test at 650ºC for 30 minutes.
• Manufactured from copper/copper alloy
• Clean, heat free joining
• Safety, no naked flames, no hotwork permits or costly insurance
• When correctly assembled, has a minimum operating temperature range of between -20 and 70ºC
• Max. working pressure inside buildings is 1bar and max. working pressure outside buildings is 5bar
• Approved to Kitemark cert. BS 8537:2010
